Caribbean Eco Homes originated in the Riviera Maya Mexico by Tony, our Canadian Founder.

Tony has a unique edge in knowing real estate, both from his background as a Contractor, as well as his experience as a

Real Estate Agent in Mexico. It is his combined knowledge that led him to see the

need and an opportunity to offer a different style of housing.

Before Tony permanently moved to Mexico, he too was a frequent visitor,

And during these visits, he experienced firsthand the downside of condo living.

Most notably was the feeling of being cooped up within a unit, without access to your own outdoor space,

not to mention the lack of privacy.

Tony instinctively knew there must be a better concept, design & lifestyle choice. And that there was something

missing in the real estate marketplace, more affordable real estate options in the Caribbean.

All this combined insight is what inspired Tony to find a way to fill this void, leading him to envision and create this

unique landownership and module home concept.

This extraordinary style of separating ownership of the modular home and the purchase of land,

once combined, provides you with both the freedom and affordability of living in the Caribbean.
